This starter privacy page keeps the site more complete for buyer review. The final owner should adapt it to their legal entity, jurisdiction, analytics tools and real data processing setup before commercial launch.
Data collected
The website contact form may collect name, work email, company, role, message content, IP address, timestamp and basic technical information needed to process the request and reduce spam.
Purpose
Data is used to respond to incoming enquiries, review the requested workflow and maintain a backup lead record in the hosting account if mail delivery fails.
Storage
Form submissions may be emailed to the site operator and saved locally in /leads/leads.csv. The /leads/ folder is protected by .htaccess, but the final owner should confirm hosting security after deployment.
